Being a certified Anco Cheese Specialist, I poo-poo all you choices, Triple Creme Brie, from a WHEEL, spread on French bread, with some grapes on the side is where it is at.

My favorite is Port Wine. It's got these like soft nut shell things on the outside. And the inside has wine soaked into a strong cheddarish cheese. Look it up if you ever get the chance, it goes great with wheat thins!

I love portwine to, those chees balls are yummy.

note i notice wheel is not on there, a great many of the good cheeses only come in wheels.
