Did you install the player? It should have offered you an option for a one time install of the activex player. Once installed, it should play if you have IE.

Wish I was that advanced.
I just used a script compiler called "AutoHotKey"

Most likely I'll use NullSoft Software Install System for the installer.

Oh yeah, for the music swap I originally just wrote a BAT file for it.
But I should be able to move that over to AutoHotKey since I found out it can do that stuff.

Start up the launchpad, and AFTER it does a COMPLETE scan of your files and it says PLAY, then you copy YOUR files named after the PS files into the PS music folder and boo ya!
I actually tried this and it does work, but once you log out and and then play again later, at the launchpad it downloads all the boring in-game tracks again is there any way you can keep it with your own music tracks?

Nope. It's always going to require extra steps at your end. What you could do is make a copy of the original PS music folder, and a copy of it after you replace the files with your music, and copy in the orginal one just before you launch the game so launchpad would see the correct files. Could be done using a batch file. Also could make a batch file to copy over the folder with the new music after launchpad finishes scan. Thats about as automated as you could make it.
