Also, on page 8...

"The Governor believes Preserve A Life will be a boon to the state's economy, and is glad to do anything to further ease their transition to the welcoming climate of the Valley of the Sun."
Note the bold section. That more than anything sets off my parody alarm.

Their doing it for gay marriages... I'm not saying it's right but if that can be rendered illegal I think stuffing your kid full of straw and using him as a table can be too.
