You CAN Steal MAX and Vechiles from other empires, thats what hacking is for...

hack the equipment terminal and away I go, power to the NC!

Equipment

Medical
Allows you to use the Medical Applicator to heal yourself and others.
Advanced Medical
Allows basic healing, plus the ability to Revive fallen comrades.
Hacking
Allows faster use of the REK for hacking of doors and control consoles, and also allows temporary use of enemy-held medical and advanced medical terminals.
Advanced Hacking
