If your computer is compatable:
GeForce 4 Ti4200 w/ 128MB RAM: $147.99
Cheap PC2100 DDR RAM, 512MB stick: $62.50

They are links, feel free to click them

RAM currently runs about $60-70 for a 512 stick of PC2100 w/ guaranteed lifetime waranty. Add about $10 for PC2700.

If you're computer can handle it (not a lot of motherboards are compatable with that, although the RAM is backwards compatable, so you would never no you got no improvement ). You may be better off just getting expensive RAM (Latency 2-2-2 stuff), over upgrading though, ESPECIALLY if you are an overclocker.

That stuff is expensive though, really expensive. You will probably spend 2x as much for a stick of it.
