AB, drive up here to Alaska. My freezer has about 3 metric tons of halibut, red and silver salmon in it. Bring a pickup and fill up the back . BTW... AK salmon ownz0rs BC salmon.

Uggh, I hate tuna steaks. I don't like Mahi mahi either. They seem dry, too aromatic. Not for me. Orange roughy is teh pwn.

If they were dry then they were overcooked. Fresh fish has almost no scent to it. If it smells fishy, that means that it is not that fresh.

Fish is supposed to be cooked to medium, but most Americans are disgusted if it is not well done, so most places serve their fish well done. You pretty much have to go to fine dining to get properly cooked fish.

Tuna unlike most fish, is only supposed to be cooked to medium rare.

I prefer beef, pork, and venison over fish, but then I've always been more or less landlocked aside from vacationing.
