I like techno and lots of it, and if I loved light piano music any more I would probably die of love poisoning. Anything without words to it. God I hate lyrics...

All of the various kinds of rock with a particular affinity for grunge. Soundgarden is probably my favorite band of all time, and Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Screaming Trees are probably in my top 15-20. I will occasionally flip over to a classical station, especially when I've had a particularly stressful day.
I can't think of one particular genre of music that I dislike with the exception of country(I'm not sure why I don't like country, it could be that my parents forced it on me as a child). I can usually find something I like in every type of music. |

I tend to abandon declaring a preference for a genre of music, so I'll list some of my favorite groups, in no order, since it goes in phases:
Sinestro (my cousin's band. If in Seattle, you can catch em at Crocodile Cafe every now and then!) U2 Ben Harper Radiohead Jurassic 5 Bob Marley The Pogues Smashing Pumpkins Ani Difranco Johnny Cash Dave Matthews Stevie Wonder Miles Davis Spiritualized DJs like DJ Shadow, DJ QBert, Cut Chemist, DJ Babu, Mix Master Mike, and the like. Rage Against the Machine |

MMM= teh win!!! DJ shadow blows, Cut Chemist is mediocre, QBert is pretty damn good at what he does, but pure turntableism gets boring, and I am not farmilliar with DJ Babu.
