You are not Rambo, no matter how much you liken your self to him.
Rambo also has jack shit to do with buying a car.

I was kidding...
Seriously thought I realise that it was foolish... I think about it real hard and while I could of afforded it... that's what I would of lived for... paying my car. It isn't something I wanna do really. What I am looking at right now at the Yaris, Civic and the such... the honda fit doesn't look bad either. I mean sure maybe not the best looking cars but... it'll do... I could probably do like my friend and get a low mileage 2001 civic for around 9k. Wich would be better... should I borrow the money from my godfather it would wind up costing me maybe 300 a month at most (I'd probably put more just to pay it off)? Plus the insurance would be less expensive. Gas economy would be fun but seems the more gas efficient the car is... the more expensive it is. Hybrids for example cost around 30 grand and they don't save that much fuel from what I've heard. Again I'm guessing a compact car would do the best job.

I understand the basics, but that's it.
I have friend that can fix cars... but I can't rely on them to come out one Saturday and help me work on my trans-am because it broke.... Catch my drift? If I get a flat tire, my throttle cable or simple things that tend to break well... breaks... I'm perfectly fine. If I hear a whinning noise coming from the engine block (or whatever) I can pretty much guarantee I'm gonna be fucked.

Found a '76 Trans-am for 7600$. I could get the seller down to 7000$.
Semi-high mileage (around 150) and good condition. The paint needs to be touched up but other then that everything is in good condition. I think I got myself an orgasm.

Do you realize how old that car is?
In case you don't: IT'S THIRTY-FUCKING-ONE YEARS OLD. How can you consistently fail to follow advice that you ask for?

In a thread, where your asking about what you should buy. You post that you found X car for Y money.
Without saying flat out "I'm not interested in it", how are we supposed to derive it from context?

I suppose.
Anyways my godfather will basicly give me the money and I'll give it back 300$ ish dollars a month. I found a 2002 civic with 60k mileage on it for 8k. The seller's brother owned the car but he died from cancer and he wants to get rid of it. I'll probably be able to get him down to 7k and get the damn thing. No rust, no damage, no accident interior is as clean as it could be. It's gonna be a hard deal to pass over.
