Another thing to think about is most tanker types aren't going to be following a game's progress 2 or 3 months BEFORE it comes out

There will probably be a lot of pilots as soon as people get enough cert points. But they will find that it's hard not to be noticed (and soon shot down) while in a large craft high in the air.

Personally, I prefer an infiltration suit and knife and sticking to the forest. Any other situation calls for Lancer/Reinforced or some kind of MAX.

Oops, almost forgot, while there are no floating suits, there are AA weapons on MAX armors that will probably be pretty effective. So be careful when you go on those strafing runs lest those helpless Sunderers start disgorging very not helpless AA-equipped MAXs

i think between the four characters ill have at my disposal ill be able to have a balence between air and ground. infact, im planning for one of my characters to specialize in esscorting. get some friends to do the same and have an esscort outfit for those big-ol' galaxys and trooptransports in need of safe passage.
