Eh, yes and no. I log in every now and then and play a bit, but I don't really have time to play it for real.

CCP is going to be releasing a console MMOFPS called DUST 514 that is set in and will interact with the EVE universe some time in the next couple years... I'm looking forward to that about as much as I'm looking forward to PlanetSide Next. Too bad DUST 514 is just going to be on console tho. :-\

I've turned IT study into my latest hobby, and my gf, daughter, and work pretty much soak up the rest of my time. I'm running a Cisco 3725 as a (managed) edge router right now and a Cisco 2924M-XL 24-port managed switch set up with a VLAN trunk to the router. I'm participating in a little project now where the router is currently connected to about a dozen folks across the world with IPSec tunnels via GRE connected with BGP. Planning on getting a VMWare server for my birthday so I can do all sorts of tinkering. Working on my Cisco certifications atm... I've got the ICND1 CCENT on 11/4 and depending upon how that goes (I'm not really worried about it) I'll take the ICND2 CCNA test not long thereafter, and will then start aiming at the CCNP and figure out where to branch out from there.

Money has become a huge motivating factor... my current job at ADT doesn't really allow me to pay all my bills on time, and having a kid now that's just not acceptable. Hoping the job market will improve so I can actually start making a decent wage...

...anyhow that was a lot more in-depth than I intended. I'm doing good xmodum, nice to hear from you. :-p

Haha yea a little in depth. I'm in a good relationship now with a girl now for over a year. And I'm looking up rings now to put on her cute little finger. Still working fast food, and doing the national guard thing. Which btw my unit has been sourced for a deployment to Iraq/Afghanistan by next year. Training up for it is a bitch but oh well. Just been playin random video games, trying to get into EVE and PLanetside again but money is an issue, and finding the friends to do it with.

Life is mostly good though. And congrats on the baby man, I'm an uncle now, although my move to Boise has made it so I have never met my nephew, or seen my family in over 2 years. Hoping to save some extra money up to go to Florida some time next summer.

Even though I am the youngest of my siblings, I feel like I'll probably be the first one to have kids... and I won't be having kids for quite a while.
