Would you rather pay 150 dollars, and never ever have to pay to play again, or pay 50 dollars and pay per month?

Honestly? I doubt -any- MMOG that plans on actually being successful will do the 150 dollar thing. So it's a moot point.

those pre paid cards cost more at the end because its easier for you. since its easier for you tha means more money out of your teenage wallet... what about people with girlfriends ... errrrrrrrrr i rather spend money on her then a game! .... unless its like a really good game lol j/k
