People tend to pick what's OP> Looks.

Of course I seen people say they don't like it...but most do or atleast like most of the Empires look except some things...At least from what I seen in this site.

Maybe ur right maybe new players will love it...personally I think they won't..I have no data to back up my claim.

I guess you've never experienced just how many people will switch to a different class/faction at the drop of a hat just because they think it's more OP than what they're currently playing.

Different skins and the TR will look awesome, this is likely just the default/low BR one.

I know I mentioned it in OP...but I thought they will use at least some black and red considering how bad low br TR looked.

I completely disagree with you OP and think TR look great, though I'm not a fan of the MAX artwork at all. I think the NC have the edge in the looks department while VS look like prancing ninnies in bug outfits. Though I don't think they look BAD and can understand why 12 year olds will enjoy playing them.

It's all just opinion though, none of it matters, I don't think the looks will affect the balance, the playstyle people want to have is what will affect the balance, the faction with the strongest sniper rifles at the furthest range will probably have a disproportionate number of players going by current trends in player choices... Hopefully Infiltrator sniper rifles are all more or less identical.

On the otherhand, I applaud you for creating a fully featured poll, with all options available. Polls like this are actually useful, they cover the full range of possible answers rather than leaving out important options people would want. Thank you for that, this is a demonstration of how polls SHOULD be made here.

i couldnt find the thread about how the nc and tr are too similar but im starting to agree with this more and more. i certainly wouldnt call any of the art work bad, but making the tr shoulder pads rounder doesnt make them distinctive enough. what i would do is give the carbon fiber look to the tr and go back to the drawing board with the vs. make the vs more alien, maybe even asymmetrical. the vs could have more of an organic feel to them or maybe a cleaner 'shell' kind of a look, robotech-ish.

I honestly think the overall quality of the art design is exquisite. Even to other AAA sci-fi titles like Mass Effect and Halo.

I do have some issues with the vehicle design tho(not sci-fi enough for my tastes).

TR looks great. The black, piercing eyes. Pretty ant-like I would say. I'll gladly play them.

Eh.. I wouldn't say exquisite..

If you want exquisite, look at the new Deus Ex game. Some of the most brilliant art design I've seen in years. Everything not only looks awesome, but also has that air of plausibility to it that makes it look like an actual engineer found this was the best way to make it.
