I pulled my power supply out of my old pc personally I don't know if it will cut it. I took a picture of the side panel. If not I'll order the one you suggested.

It had about 2 years of use, I only managrd to find 1 6-pin cable on ther everything else was 4-pin Click image for larger version

The video card needs 2 x 6 pin and the motherboard also needs a 8 pin in order to function. I'm not entirely sure if the 4 pin adapters will be safe with everything under load. I recommend just going with the OCZ 650W. Its a great deal even without the MIR imo.

Yes. Spinspoint F3 I used to recommend a lot back before the flood hit and caused the prices of the HDD market to go nuts.
