I heard that Dave signed in blood that the game would come out in March.

PS will most likely go gold while beta is still going on. They will just have to do major patching when it finally hits the stores.

Theres Faith and then there reality ...... it just proubly wont happen and if it goes gold there wont be enough in demand by march 31st. Not ehre at least.

They are really pushing hard for 31st of march. But I never hear any news on where they are in the debugging process....So i will be ballzy and say the 31st

If they have not released a date at this point most likely it WILL NOT be March Q1. They usually will say a release date 1 month or more before release and they still have not said a word.

EB Games is posting a May 5th release. Of course, their release dates change frequently. But, up until a week ago, they still had it set for March release, so maybe they know something we don't. After all, they are the one who are gonna be selling it.

The last official word about release was "early summer". This means we *could* wait until June or even July. Judging by the speed at which they are running beta, and the fact that they are still finding several bugs each time they have a battle, I would say they are quite a ways away from gold.

Frankly, it's fine with me. I mean sure I would love to play it, but I believe Sony is doing the right thing with this Beta process. Not to mention the fact that they are taking the beta testers suggestions in to fine tune the game.

Sony knows full well people will not pay a subscription for a game that is not rock solid. I don't expect it release bug free, but it will probably be cleaner than 95% of the games that hit store shelves. Their success relies on it.

Last night I stopped at the mall to pick up a couple of items and decided to see what EB had down for a date of release. It is no longer the 5th of May...now it is the 20th of May!!
