I worked as customer service and sales for a call center outsource for Working assets LD and I made a note in a customers account after he closed his service and in it I called him a dumbass (he was) I never thought I could get fired for that ,maybee a slap on the wrists but I just got sentenced to death for callin someone a name

and as far as more time to play PS

if I dont hurry and find another job It will be hard to find a place to plug in my PC when im livin on the street

Well there's your problem. You never do anythinglike that at work. What you do is write down his e-mail address, and then register him at some "Gay Personals" site, or one of those "Free Gay Porn in You Inbox Daily" deals.

That's what I always did to the people that pissed me off when i did customer service.
