Beta Cease-Fires and Photo Ops

Ok, what better way to advertise planetside 2 when the beta gets up to speed than to have 2000 people line up on a contenent in one massive shot to show off the scale...

Enclave already did that once in PS1. Only it was a funeral. It became a mass funeral.

B) I dont think that bombing funerals makes good advertising

C) This would be advertising for PS2 not for PS1.

I dont know about a group photo...

But i think a great way to advertise the game would be to have 1 event(which SOE should help to organize)where 1000+ people gather in same general area and fight over a base.
Than have the hole thing filmed from several different view points and post it on youtube.

Hell maybe if people like the idea,SOE might make a video with some back story(like a minimovie).
Show some rolle playing footage leading to the big battle and than show the big battle itself.
It might really hype people
