Contact Sony via phone. They will work with you to verify you, then reset things. They may ask for your old Credit Card info, but if you don't have it they can ask other questions to verify. If the rep gives you a hard time, just politely hang up and call back. I had to do that and had no issue.

If you think that's weird, I can go one better. I haven't played ANY SOE since they nerfed SWG and EQ2 . Why did I get this all of a sudden, Phishing maybe. Hmmmmmm.

I ain't going to even try it. (Hate SOE) lol
