Yes, everything I have read and heard points to the NDA and the press embargo to be two completely separate agreements with different purposes.

The NDA on beta and the Press Embargo are two totally different animals. There is still an NDA on beta, no footage recorded can be released.

Actually, I wonder why they set the embargo lift to the 17th of July.

It seems like a pretty random date to me.

Probably SOE would like to give TBs footage a once over before he uploads it to his huge list of follows. Makes sense.

if anyone remembers that video we call here where someone was recording the community day event and they was talking about tuseday something big. and some time before that something was said about alot of vets being pissed off they didn't get in on the first wave or something.

Makes ya wonder if were gonna be happy or sad about this

He talked about that in a video once. If a studio wants TB to make a video about their game he has one very important demand. To be unbiased and say whatever he want. That of course means the game developers don't have a say in if the video will be released or not. However one time he did send a video for review (can't remember what game) but that was only to make sure there weren't any factual errors.

So no, he probably won't send the video to SOE. Especially because he filmed it while in SD.

Yea TB's video is not being reviewed I know ours isn't

He was sitting just across from me filming at the same time. I honestly don't know the reason for the date/time you guys will find out when I do.

There may be no reason other than to get it outside the Comic Con coverage.

If there is money involved + A love for the Original game. I'm sure TB will be biased in some way :P
