yes, i have to agree.... their will be large scale attacks takin place, maybe not everyday, but every week surely... i mean the sheer vastness of it should ensure that.

I imagine some folks will get blown out of the sky with a fully loaded Galaxy, but not many. If you're going to transport 15 people, you're likely going to have at least one other flying escort in a combat aircraft. Now, being able to take out a durable vehicle like a Galaxy which is firing at you, while at least one or person in another combat aircraft is also firing at you, will be impossible alone unless you're incredibly good and they're pretty damn terrible at aiming/flying.

Morale of the story: Ain't no Galaxies gonna be shot down unless you're flying with a squad of other people in aircraft of their own

ok, now think about this! Say there you are protecting a galexy in your maskito, and you accidentaly ram or shoot down your fully loaded alied dropship in the intense dogfighting. Talk about some greif points! And dont accidentally ram another fully loaded galexy when your packing a full load of troops either!
Seriously tho, have the developers thought about this? In a chaotic air raid/air defence i could see that happening easily.

this is true, but with the nifty little jetpack things (that act like parachutes) i doubt many people will take out a galaxy fully loaded, even if thy manage to get round its defences im sure the troops inside would be smart enough to jump out if its going down...... i know i would, wouldnt you?
