No need. Steam is a very Flexible program. You set where to install steam when you downloaded Steam originally, and subsequently, where to install games.
Simple fix is to move your steam folder and reinstall steam to point to it. Fin. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...7418-YUBN-8129 |

Doesn't really matter; same game, same launcher. I'd use Steam just because of the snazzy shift+tab (which I hope is available) and being able to show my friends when I'm playing.
If you have some objection to Steam for whatever reason-- or you don't have it and don't want to download it-- you might as well just download it from SOE. |
