I don't want voicepacks which just replace the exisiting bullshit minimalistic macros; I want more macros (atleast as many as in planetside 1).
And i sincerely hope they won't try to charge me for something that basic. |

"defend our medical terminals"
I wonder how long it would take to code the old VVV system, they could just reuse all the old sound clips and they'd have a working system in half a day.

I'll pay for a Jennifer Hale voice pack.
I don't even care what she says, as long as she says it with as much mettle as Shepard. She could just do some low, guttural groans of valor and I'd still buy it. |

I agree that, before trying to sell me voice packs, this they should work on implementing a good "VGS" as in Tribes, PS1 and other games. The 10 current macros (plus some additional q-wheel stuff) are not even the bare minimum you need for standard situations.
As for voice packs, please resist the urge to create some "celebrity" voice packs! Until now you have managed to keep items, etc. "in universe", please don't introduce "funny" or otherwise gimmicky stuff that breaks the immersion, because "fanboys" are easy prey for the sales department. Might not be the most popular opinion on this, but might be worth considering anyway. The slope down to TF2 town is slippery... |

oh, and another improvement to voice packs is that when you go "v,2" or v,3 etc (heal, ammo) make it so an ammo or heal icon appears on our heads on nearby engies and medics, instead of having to look at them individually and press Q, or until we are low on ammo/ health (when the icons come on automatically). it would be a great quality of life addon to have.
