Obviously you wouldn't and I don't think I'd give a damn, but I'd pretty certain that there will be a fair few who'll get fairly butthurt over it.

As for the zone-wide or faction-wide chat, I don't ever read them and I bet 19/20 people don't either. So how exactly is the loser going to get trolled? The only person that can troll you, is you.

As a Mattherson scrub I for one look forward to an increase in population and skill level, if that is the case. Hell, I can never remember the server name anyways so that's not even an issue.

But they also said that from such a fight, and the fuck ups in casting, no server should have its name live on and a new name should be made. Higby said this.

2+ hours of my life in that fight (DVS kept around the bio-lab to draw as much numbers as possible for the middle to gain ground) to have no winner nor looser. One HELL of a fight, something that makes Planetside FUCKING PLANETSIDE! I have no regrets and fought to the tooth.

GG Mattherson. Take it from me that most of Waterson welcome all of you to the new server and wish to only shoot you in the face as much as possible regardless of team or faction.

I was at that bio lab fight too. We busted our ass and busted our K/Ds into the dirt trying to take that thing, but no one on either side could hold a point they didn't already have.

Edit: The best thing in the reddit thread:

waterson runs around esamir shouting "YOU RAPED HER, YOU MURDERED HER, YOU KILLED HER CHILDREN!" while pwning mattherson for almost two hours.

then mattherson sees an opening and strikes back, taking a last-minute victory.

but the refs put poison on waterson's spear so mattherson's gonna die anyway...

except a former maester came in and resurrected zombie mattherson.
