what we do is fill the trunks of vehicles with all the shit, meet at a specified point and trade vehicles

Exactly. Weapons of all types are easy to come by. This would be awesome for trading vehicles. My entire outfit would be up for this.

About the only thing i could see trading is vehicles. To get as many jackhammers as you want you can go to any big fight at a tower and they will be littering the ground. But it aint that easy getting other empire's vehicles.

Problem with getting vehicles is that people are too paranoid about people like me who get great pleasure in jacking an unattended vehicle.

I had the thresher cert for a week just so i could drive a maurader (my favorite vehicle in beta)... and I was only able to get 2 mauraders. And not for lack of trying.

finding something at a battle is OK but getting something in mass from a trade with a cocane seller of the opposite empire is better

Such trades could even be conducted on a cross-empire value basis. For example, perhaps 2 cross-empire outfits consider 1 Vanguard to be worth 2 Prowlers or vice versa. Such a thing could easily be conducted, and I'm sure no dev would consider this to be "exploiting" anything. Not too long ago my outfit traded 1 Prowler for 1 Magrider. This trade was also not conducted within the safety of a warp bubble. Good times and great outfit photos were achieved by both parties.
