That depends, like any plan, if it's executed probably. Send one guy undercover with enough C-4 to level a block into a base, if he manages to get in and sets his bomb off i'd like to see just how ineffective it is.

What i'd really love to see is the ability to toss a boomer, like a nade but with much less range, just a few feet tops. That would rock.

Just not in a game where people can infinitly respawn, I personaly feel that anyone willing to kill themself, and just themself to take out a military target is performing a valid military action, however in PS where death has no meaning it whould just kind of loose some of it's point.
