that mailaddress smedley gave out issued... creating a soe support ticket.

PS: live-chat will be runing a looong time today as it opened 2 hours or so ago.

I sent an email off to that address but semed to get a reply from SOEsupport@.....
saying:

I did a Support ticket about this earlier but replied through the correct system so dont see how that would have sent that email to me. I also copy & pasted the email address off twitter....

I am not having much luck with this!

I would just automatically beta flag everyone if I was that guy, maybe I am too nice.

Pretty sure they have to create a support ticket for accountability reasons, so that's good. I was just wondering how many of us are actually harassing them a few hundred maybe, shouldn't be too long since they already have a game plan.

Did you use the same email address listed in your SOE account to send the request? It may be an account security issue...

No everyone that was a vet got free time. If you applied for beta took the survey and are a veteran you will get access sometime in the near future.

Guys.. I have some bad news:

Just talked to a live rep.
"Unfortunately veteran status only applies if you have purchased a membership. I see that you recently purchased the game, however the free 30 days do not apply."
So if you only bought Planetside 1 from the soe site (for $20/£12.99)... you're screwed.
