i've spoken with an SOE Live Chat Account Manager ... he said following...

SOE Acc. Manager: I do see that your account does have PlanetSide 1 Veteran Status. We are currently working to implement a fix for accounts that were not flagged properly. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA on this fix, but we are working as quickly as possible to get everything set up.

You didn't need to talk to a live rep to get that information. It's been said on this website numerous times.

Well i looked at my 'reciept' from when i bought the game. Guess what it says? The game for 20 and a subscription for 15 with a 15 buck discount at the end. The name of the transaction is even planetside subscription and digital copy. I sent a picture of this to support and this was my response.

"I have reported your account as not being flagged for the beta. We are trying to get all accounts flagged as quickly as possible. Please be patient as this may take a little while. If you have any further questions please let us know."

So basicaly i just quoted Smedley, showed them my 'reciept' which showed a subscription as part of the purchase and now i guess im on a 'needs to be flagged' list.

I only went thru the trouble because i bought based on Smedleys tweet. Im just holding them accountable for thier end of what i was promised. And once again, acording to my 'reciept' a subscription was part of my purchase.

So... Yeah, IDK, im not usually one to get this frustrated over a game. But man, i hate when companies are vague and misleading and then act like its your fault.

That said, im glad that after proving them wrong and showing that i did 'subscribe' they are working to correct the situation. Alot of companies would have just shafted me again. So props to SOE, its one thing to be wrong. Its another to admit your wrong and try to fix it.

Rant over. lol Sorry for the huge text wall.

You have had to paid at least one month you aren't considered a veteran by playing on free time. Also good rule of thumb never trust anything Smed says.

A lot of us played for years and paid dozens of subscription fees and even have recurring SOE passes, so put your receipts away bro, Some of us have hundreds of dollars into PS.
