Yup same, although i still find myself on here 4 or 5 times a day to check

I still feel compelled to check on Fridays but it has got a little easier not checking everyday for news.

I've gone from checking twitter, PSU and the official forums 5-6 times a day to just looking at twitter once or twice a day... in some ways its better, although I have replaced the time spent by playing Minecraft.
