Starting to feel duped here like alot of others. We have been patient and respectful with customer service. But its now time for some real updates instead of the usual customer service premade response. Just tell us we can handle it, its time to return the respect we have shown in our patience and loyalty.

But hey the days not over yet.

I sat in queue for 2 1/2 hours, and when I joined it was 52 in queue.

Vet from 2003 release day here, had a friend send me a game time card way back when from the states as I hadn't worked out the online subscription so I was definitely subbed at the start. Have no beta key as was counting on my vet status.

I think the general atmosphere is tense at the moment for everyone. I guess even my post sounded hostile.

I just got through to chat support, looks like they are not dealing with PS Beta through Chat Support at all anymore.

Still going to sit in queue and ask for an answer. While not angry, I still feel this is not our error but theirs, so I will still speak my disappointment through many ventures.

Notta. But i got a response from the senior support guy (the instant support guy just elevated my ticket to be reviewed by the senior support staff).

Says my account has been reported as not flagged and that someone will fix it soon. Granted that was like 3 hours ago... But i bet they have thier hands full right now so i'm being patient. Sorta. lol
