Now THIS is EXACTLY what I first thought of when I saw the design. But in all honesty, I think it'll be a nice addition. Hell, even America's SpecOps teams use these. It makes sense, what with all the "NC=Space 'Murica" stuff going around. :P

Also, now people are asking for special perks for the helmets, the Commissar Hat will not generate Grief points, so it can be used as it was design, to discipline the troops, and with the NC helmet you can blow all you C4 without deploying it.
But I really think that kind of helmet has no place on Planetside, soon the NC will be called Iraq Freedom Fighters, by two kind of ignorant people, the one who thinks that only terrorists uses that "helmet" and the ones who thinks it is terrorism to fight an occupation force into you country.

it´s time to reeducate people to not think of terrorists when they see pics like this, but to think of fremen again

the nc as fremen warriors kind of fits the lore. and i would love to see something resembling the fremen suits from the old movie.


and get rid of the goggles and show the glowing nc-blue fremen eyes!

Now I know it's the modern word for a Scarf. Psheesh, glad I play planetside otherwise I'd never have known that

Scarf is typically rectangular. Shemagh is usually squared and is traditionally worn mostly in muslim countries.
