As starter of the Clownside 2 topic I can feel Mox' rejection here. It's borderline over-the-top/ cartoon galore. We have to wait to see the in-game rendering of this thing but it can go 2 ways.

I am confused here. Why was a second, high detail, concept made? I mean it looks great but wasn't a preview of the model that was being made posted a long time ago? Was the old model scrapped?

Theres nothing clownish about the death korps of kreig !!! They are meant to look like WW1 troopers with a bit of 18th century thrown in.

Warhammer 40k is almost as established science fiction as star wars. I liked the star wars movies but i love the gritty nastiness of 40k. It looks to me like the devs are creating gear that I hope will resonate with all fans of science fiction.

The picture of the uniform he's showing is more 19th century like this picture than WW1 with "the 18th century thrown in" actually, therefore my steampunk association.

Anyway, I don't like Warhammer 40k style artwork for this game. It's way too comic and over-the-top.
