now that is a fing good idea man

Just use a Lodestar. The Gal is fine the way it is.

I don't see why the Vanu shouldn't need a lodestar.... unless they never fight on Ceryshen

I still think that a deliverer/galaxy combo is a little overpowering. That's a lot of troops it can carry.

Only 2 more than a TR Gal can carry now...and only 3 more than the NC and VS...

I think it would be cool if they just upped the speed of the gal by 30%, and changed the physics of all aircraft, so that you could spin around as much as you want, and even do loops. Of course this would prompt every one to get a really good joystick, but thats all better I say...

Joystick support in PS is pathetic at the moment.

And advanced flight physics are one of the things that the devs are thinking about for post-BR20 features.

And I'm still not convinced the deliverer in the back of the galaxy is necessary let alone make it "truely useful."

Are you serious? They have talked about giving post BR20 guys advanced flight physics? Man, thats awesome...I just think that the way those planes fly is kinda lacking right now...but the way your character hops in is sweet, luv the animation there

Yes it was one of the first things Smoke let slip about what they were considering for post BR20 features.

I dunno about the "they suck" bit because I think the way it's done now makes it really easy to control using the mouse (and evil to control with a joystick). So it has its upsides.

well ok, they dont suck i agree, but they seem a little dumbed down...I mean they completely restrict the movement of the aircraft, u cant even turn all the way sideways, or nose dive!! thats what makes me mad..

If nothing else the Gal should have a supercruise option, like a permanent afterburner, but not able to maneuver while doing it...
