It needs an intense blue filter.
Also the sun is not bright enought.
It should completely blind you to the point of where you see a big flash filtered by the blue filter.

I like the colors because this is what makes Planetside stand out from many modern games. So many modern games have such grim colors that do not make your eyes enjoy it.
