Well... usually when there's alot of hype around a certain game it turns out to be a huge crock of shit.

Example: Planetside, SW:G, Daikatana... the list could go on and on.

I've read up on it. But writing is nothing until it is realised. Until we see it, words are real pretty... just look at DDO...

I'm not forming an opinion until I try it to be honest. And there's two factions in WAR but 6 races if I recall correctly.

For Me? Nothing. I'm not addicted to anything.

I get on Warcraft III for some DoTa sometimes, or line wars, whatever my RL friends feel like playing (We're all in the same clan, =\)

Then I'll get on CS:S sometimes with some other friends. You guys should give meh your account names, so we can game alot more.

Then I get on EVE sometimes to check on the old PSDU crew, just idling in Otalieto right now figuring out which step to take next. Need to find out what everyone else is doing.

Added with that, I get on GoW to own some shit up.

Oh, and don't forget Total War 2, GOD DAMN THAT GAME IS AWESOME.

Most of WAR's PVP is pretty much WOW battlegrounds on a bigger scale.

I was hoping for huge open PVP.

Games im addicted to right now? Nothing right now. It was Medevil 2 a couple weeks ago. But I can't stand the A.I. bugs anymore. They ruin the game for me. So im not gonna play the game till the next patch is released.

Im a huge multiplayer junkie. Even though I suck. But BF 2142 was a let down and I can't see any good mulitplayer or MMO games coming out this year. Enemy Territory possibly. But if it's true that you can only have max 16vs16 im gonna be royaly bummed out.

Perhaps i've set my expectations too high?

Im currently playing Company of Heroes every other night.

That's not what I have read at all or seen. It's RvR with a purpose, which is better then BG fighting.

As far as the battlground comment I beleive it's due to the fact that alot of areas will be instances.
