I took it as such. My skin is thick enough to deal with negative posts. Im just going to take it out on them in game at the end of a virtual rifle. I imagine the haters as Vanu.

Thanks for taking the time John to come in and lay some fears to rest.I'm an avid planetside fan (only reason i can't play is i'm in the UK and cannot get in for some reason).

Anyhow, Planetside in it's hey day was THE BEST mmo out there .. PERIOD!.

Yay we didn't even have to wait for the letter to get some new info. So a brand new engine an all 3 empires coming back. First bit of concrete tid bits sound good. I still don't think it made sense for him to say the game was launching in March though. If they are still at the point of deciding which game engine to use that is.

But yeah getting some interaction is a good sign. I think they will possibly be starting the real media push soon. The big questions I hope the answer first is which business model they are going for. Subs or F2P. An whether the game is still a full PvP MMO or will it have NPC's an mob killing this time around.

Really looking forward to hearing more about it! I remember back when I first started playing PS, what got me so into wanting to try the game was reading about all the different vehicles on the website. Can't wait to hear about whats in store for us in PSN!
