I agree there is no need for bmp`s using compresion does not make the pictures that mutch bader infact most of the time you cant se the diference heck i did not even want to wait for the download on my crapy 400/128 adsl line, not trying to flame tho it just so mutch easyer if you convert them. i whas able to get one of my own screens from 2megs to 575k and the image quality stays preaty mutch the same and i can get it even smaler at 116kb jpg and even then you wont se it straight away.
