The bunny with the pancake on his head was actually pretty famous for some time. The bunny("Oolong") and the owner were natives of Japan, where the owner discovered the bunny would not fight back as he balanced various objects on the critter's head. Cookies, rice balls, film cases, donuts... it got pretty weird. Sadly, Oolong died last march. But you can look up dozens of pictures on him if you take some time in a search engine.
