Ait'al your not off to a good start at PSU. Anyways Nav is right. Lemme make a example. When young children see fire they think ooo pretty and touch and it learn not to touch it because it is hot. Now if they couldn't remember because of certain laws they would lose their hand from sticking in the fire too many times. See thats why we need to look back and get stronger from what we were.
