Besides AA MAXes, I've been taken down by the Phoenix more times than I care to say. I don't know how, but I always see a lone red missile on my minimap flying towards me, and I can never seem to dodge in time. Maybe it's because I do suicide runs over bases and get mass-raped by them. :P

But I get my revenge when I drop on towers and kill all the Phoenix guys. I'm especially good at tower-dropping.

Well, considering since the FPS "Optimizations" my FPS has gone down, I'd say about 4 FPS
