i agree about prone. i should be in-game. they give PS a military feel. anyone whom has ever been in the military knows the prone position is the most basic rifle firing position there is. it provides the most accuracy makes you a smaller target(harder to hit).
they should just give a disadvantage to being prone. speed. you should be able to high crawl, BUT, slowly-surge should work with this, but not make it too fast, just at about a walking pace. w/out surge on, you should be crawling slower than walk.
aiming: make it so you can only aim 45 degress or so to your left, right, and up. your CoF should get smaller, though.
also, they should give it a delay of getting up from the prone position. it should be an almost immediate action to go prone, but to get up should take...i don't know 1.5 sec or so.
