So many dumbs things happened. Allies should've reinforced more of Belguim and the Ardennes, Hitler screwed up the Battle of Britain(another thing that made his victory over Europe impossible) invading Russia was stupid, Japan shouldn't have attack the US, Italy shouldnt have allowed their flanks to be bypassed in Africa, Hitler should've used Rommel's armor to attack normany when the allies invaded.
Then again, the game's easy to win when it's already been played |

As a precursor, the Allies beached a landing craft with a corpse and fake documents describing a fake landing at Sicily. These were thought to be real by Hitler thus giving the Allies the advantage they planned on.
Now, the Allies did the exact same thing for the Normandy Invasion. However for Normandy the Allies used real documents that almost entirely detailed the invasion as it was to happen. But, in all his wisdom, Hitler dismissed these documents as fakes and persisted with the idea that we would attack the Pas de Calais. |

The attack on indo-china from the Japanese wasn't a mistake. When the Japanese went to Pearl Harbour to deal with the Americans. They were hoping to destroy thier 2 aircraft carriers. But unfortunately for the Japanese the aircraft carriers were not at Hawaii during the time of the attack.
If the aircraft carriers were at Pearl Harbour it could of been more successful for the Japanese. The Americans push into the pacific would have been delayed much longer as they would have been busy scrambling to either repair or build their aircraft carriers. Giving the Japanese the time they needed to further dig into the pacific and build the proper forces to defend. In other words. Hitler made the mistake of thinking the Battle of Britain was nearly over and stabbing Joseph Stalin in the back.

Italy invaded North Africa because they were bored. Seriously. Mussolini had nothing to his name, while Hitler had conquered nearly all of Europe. He should have helped along with the Eastern front instead.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

Hitler's inattention to newer technologies. He was infatuated with the tank, when, in my opinion, he should have been spending more money on new technologies. By that I mean the jet engine, atomic research, etc. Now this technically ties in with the invasion of Russia, but I still think he may have been able to extend or change the course of the war with technology.

Not to mention. Once the Allies had invaded Berlin ,they found numerous documents on Nuclear Weapons. Also it was Einstien who notifyed the Allies that Hitler was making a devastating weapon. Hence the Americans created the nuclear bomb. Or something like that. Not completely sure.

Jappan and Pearl Harbor. Well at the time to attack us would be best done at Hawaii, but right after that, they should have moved to the west coast if they planned to get us scared.... Thankgod they were really stupid and we had nukes.
