can anybody point me to a free, windows theme changer, StyleXP stoped working for me

post to come but i have my background set at 1280x1024 so it will be big

Ok here it is:
Its a 6000x4800 or something render of the mars rover as you can see. i wish my computer has a resolution that high

edit: it was to big for PSI so i'm making it a small file size

edit 2 still too big, oh well
