You have that backwards. before you can decide on a strategy, you have to pick a class And Smaug, unless you have a PHB to draw the spells from, Youre going to be an Abujurationist. Why? Cause I dont feel like transcribing all the spells into a txt format and sending it to you, when you already have the complete library of Abjuration spells.

Yeah, we cant have two of the same Class. It wont work with the information specific to each class in this campaign. Thus, Ill take it you want to be a fighter, rather than the sneaky-stealthy sort?
Edit: Incomp, you cant do that. Intermingling In character Dialogue (what course of action youre taking) and out of character knowledge (what character class youre going to be depending on said course of action) is a big no-no. Most classes will fit anywhere, as long as you dont choose something stupid and lame, like a Bard. trust me, whatever class you pick, there WILL be a niche for your character to fill.
