And thats only a few of the classes. Entertainers. Seriously. "Lets pay 15 bucks a month to sit afk and have people watch you"

Survey tons of shit afk.

Medic, sit in a hostipital untill you can get lvl 20000000 and get combat medic, and then be cursed with the afformentioned combat system

The pysics are awefull, you can walk up a 90 degree slope.

I dunno. I personally cannot see how the sims sold so well. If you like the sims, more power to you. Personally, i cannot stand the sims, so slapping it with the wookie stick isnt going to help it any in my eyes.

btw, please excuse the spelling errors, im typing this on my dads laptop with a tiny keyboard.

You can just simply cancel before the end of the first month... they're not being "Nazi's".

I used to play SWG, but then I cancelled for various reasons.

1. The PvP system is so stupid. I was a Master Fencer/Master Brawler, and man, I hated PvP'ing. PvP is way to centered around mind damage, and since everyone and their mother has Novice Medic with 800 heal Stim-B's going for Action/Health is worthless. So that gives a huge advantage to Master Riflemen/Master Swordsmen. However, Master Swordsmen have another disadvantage, they are a melee class. That means that riflemen and any other ranged class can kite. Sicne SWG allows you to fire while moving, there wasn't any point to being anything but a ranged class. Sure, you can burst run, but so can the kiter. So overall, the best PvP class was Master Rifleman/Master Marksman/2-2-0-0 Medic/4-0-0-0 Scout

2. The economy. What a terrible economy. Money is constantly being fed into the economy via missions, and there is little to no way to get the money out. Sure, you have maintenance fees, shuttle times, etc. etc. but this is not nearly enough. So what happens is that the game is in a constant state of inflation.

I have other reasons... but I don't feel like posting them right now.

Things are about to change what with JTL and the combat changes. I'm commando and beleive me PVP isnt unbalanced... most of the time I don't give a shit if the guys is in composite armor I kill him in one maybe three hits... or else I get killed because I need to be short range to actually not miss.

The mind damage can be avoided with something called brandy wich increases your mind and your focus as well your willpower so you recover you mind much faster.

Some people are afk and alot of people arent... I didnt grind thru medic when I had it... I found myself a friend that tumbled and sat there talking to him.

Money for at least isnt all that common... I'm lucky to get 100k per day. (Wich is quickly spent in repairs, house maintenance and weapons)

I was talking about like when you buy the game you like hafta buy a subscription to activate your account, and that sucks because I was expecting to install and update then play. Now I have to wait like 2-3 days to get a game card thing.

Commando's have one blatant disadvantage, they have no secondary defense. That means that if any combat class runs up to hit them, they are going to get hit. That means that they are dead if they face up with a class with a dodge/block/counterattack. They are even more dead if they face up with a ranged class, because they will simply kite, since a Commando can't do jack crap outside of 16m. However, melee classes will destroy them since they have high secondary defenses and will dodge/block/counterattack your attacks, and although they will probably be set on fire, they will kill you before it ends.

Oh, so to avoid mind damage, you have to take food or spice. Trust me, this doesn't work as well as you think.

Like I said before, I was a Master Fencer/Master Brawler. I had a Master Rifleman/Master Marksman friend. We would duel every so often, and every time, I would always have Dancer/Musician Buffs, Doctor Buffs, Two shots of Vasarian Brandy and Muon Gold. And guess what? He would still beat me. I couldn't do jack crap, and he was hitting me for a LOT of damage, even with all that stuff (and I had Composite armor too). Don't forget, Riflemen even have a stun weapon, so they can go through armor if it doens't have a stun layer.

Guess you haven't been to a cantina lately, where everyone is afk. And if you don't realize, that IS grinding through medic.

Really? Well for me it was absurdly easy to get a million credits in an hour with solo grouping, and only a small fraction of that was spent in maintenance/repair fees.

I am Commando / Teras Kasi, not sure exactly what you mean by no secondary defenses. I qwn ranged or face to face.

Yeah, Commando/Teras Kasi. I remember that combo, it was good. The reason that you have secondary defensese is because you are also a Teras Kasi. Teras Kasi get +90 Defense Acuity, which is Dodge/Block/Coutnerattack. Of course, it wouldn't be as good as if you were a pure Marksman/Brawler class (Rifleman, Carbinier, Pistoleer, Swordsman, Fencer, or Pikeman) but it'll get you by.

When I said Commando's have no secondary defenses, and are therefore much weaker, I meant pure Commando's.
