If you download all of these leaked stuff you are part of the problem because you are supporting the piracy also if someone leaks it then people will download it and find vulnerabilites in it and cause more problems in the future. Your not helping the developers who are making the games. Its slowing down the process.

The reasons why the CD Checks were implemented was because people were pirating the games in the first place. It hurts everyone including the industry, if piracy wasnt such a big problem we might not need CD Keys or CD Checks these are a direct result of piracy.
