I think the girl was a stupid opportunist. Rape? Hardly. Give her a beating with the reality stick and tell her to get her head out of her ass.

That being said, what the hell was the teacher thinking? He should have known something like this was going to happen.

One other issue, if she is below the age of consent, then she has a lawsuit against the teacher (probally won't bother, teacher's don't make much) and most certainly one coming against the school district. She may have had $$ in her eyes and may have been egging him on as well. Hard to tell with the information thus far presented.

wow im so tired of the news in chicago. This is it Dave mattews craps on people, Some teacher raped a kid, floridas getting owned, someone got killed/shot. It's so depressing to watch.

I love it when a male teacher has willing sex with a female pupil and it's called rape, whereas when a female teacher has willing sex with a male pupil, they don't make a big hoo-ha out of it.

The girl needs to wake up and realise that having willing sex with someone isn't rape.
The teacher needs to wake up and realise he can't go around bonking every student that fancies him.

Don't you remember that case in Florida where the teacher was "smoking hot" and she apparently "raped" her 15-year-old student in the back of her SUV?

What ever happened to that...
