Oh of course - does ANYONE think she'd be famous if it weren't for Jessica?

Granted she did have that acting gig on 7th Heaven, but c'mon. SHe did that for years and never really got famous from it.

I just read some interesting news about this SNL screwup.

As you probably know, bands on SNL play twice during the show. The time that Ashlee screwed up was the second time around.

Here's the beef:

The first time she was up to sing, she sang Pieces of Me (which was the same song as the second.) During this performance, she covered her mouth a lot and danced around weirdly. The second time around, the SAME SONG played. So, I am now indifferent to this situation. It could *possibly* be a screwup on the sound tech's fault for playing the same track twice, however she's still an idiot for trying to lip sync on national television.

Either way, I find it hilarious.

I was searching around for video of the whole thing on the internet (the part where she blames her band, mainly) and came across this. Ashlee called in to TRL (some MTV thing) and "explained" the whole thing.

She really sounds like she's lying. I don't believe her AT ALL.
