So... I take it I'm the only one who legitimately uses it to stay in touch with old friends who now go to colleges out of state and former classmates?
TBH, I see it as an easy way to check up on my friends blogs and send them messages without digging up email addresses. As for the myspace messenger, seems kinda stupid... if one of my friends is online I'll just chat with them via AIM or MSN. I can understand why some people hate it... my little brother lost his girlfriend to a guy on myspace. Basically it was a guy who went to school with the girl and liked her and didn't have the balls to say anything about it. But he went onto her myspace and left a comment saying her liked her, which prompted the girl's little friends to get all "oh my god, he likes you, you should dump that other guy and date him" and so she did. Typical teenage drama I guess. |
