we're talking about taking a lawyer into a judicial battle here, the way you're arguing is to not take a gun to a gun fight because a knife is more macho.

Update, my Ex got the letter from the lawyer or the court yesterday or today stating that the case would be brought on Monday, THIS monday seeking a lowering fo the child support AND the addition she got tacked on.

She called my lawyers asking "What the hell is this all about??"

ROFL. I wish I could have been there to see the look on her face.
