Because that's how it's designed.

Because that's how actual fighter jets are made.

The Reaver is not the Mosquito.

The Mosquito has been confirmed to have one seat only. There is no reason to argue.

1. Look at modern jet dashboards. They take up the whole front view.
2. See answer #1
3. Reaver shot in my avi is from like April.

Also, they explicitly said the Mossie is 1-seat. You think they were lying this afternoon?

1. In modern aircraft the pilot can still see over the dash.
2. One doesn't answer two at all.
3. Your avi??? Are you making a claim that they overhauled it?

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be a jerk. I understand you were asking questions, but I kinda thought me quoting what one of the devs just said about the Mossie kind of made those questions moot. I guess that's why I came off a bit snarky. Sorry.

As for the Reaver, yeah I am making the claim that they adjusted the design to make it a 1 seater.

Or, the Reaver is a two-seater jet whilst the mossie is a single seat. Would make sense to me given how some modern jets have that arrangement.

The mossie might be more for flybys while the reaver the pilot has to concentrate on close in hovering while the gunner controls a mounted weapon of some sort.

Possible, but I don't think the fighters would be that different from each other, especially when the devs said they are all pretty much the same size. Then when you factor in that the Lib is going to be a 3-person gunship and not a bomber, then that makes your scenario even less likely I think.

I can't say for sure but its not entirely possible that the Reaver started out as a two seater but got changed into one seater.

I guess we will hopefully know after the NC Theme week.
