The attempted impeachment was for the perjury. Getting a bonus jimmy is not illeagal for a president.

As far as making fun of the south, many of the people in Charleston feel that if you are north of Columbia, S.C. you are a yankee, and if you are south of Savannah, GA, you are a yankee.

Adultry is not illegal or legal.... for example.... if i was married and my wife was cheating and I hired a PI (i used to be one) and I got them then I don't owe her anything.... so there can be legal ramifications for adultry.
As far as Clinton though... I didn't agree with what he did with the extramarital sex..... but i had a major problem with the perjury and he should have been impeached. I believe he didn't get impeached b/c the democrats were in control.... I may be wrong.
